These push notifications can be sent to users at any time by the app publishers, even if the users are not using the app at that moment. They can do a variety of things, like letting a user know about an event, or even getting a user to take a specific action.

Creating a Push Notification Channel
By clicking on New button at the top right of this section, you can create a new push notification channel. After deciding about its name and description, you can delineate its category, publish status, and date of publishing or unpublishing in the vertical rectangular area on the right side of this page. At the end, click on Save & Close button on the top right to complete the creation process.
